Want to convert your car to electric? Many people have converted their cars; I will explain what you should do.
One of the biggest reasons why you want to do this is because you want to save money by not having to worry about high gas prices. The prices at the pump fluctuate all the time. Usually prices skyrocket during the weekends and the holidays.
These are the times you travel the most, so you get taken advantage of.You are not the only one in this situation; I was in the same situation until I went built my own electric car.
If you want to say bye to gas forever by converting your vehicle, here is what you need to do:
First you need to get yourself a car kit. Custom car kits are available for specific vehicles and there are also universal kits, which can be installed in various vehicles, that have the same built and weight.
After cleaning your car, you will have to carefully remove the engine from the car and install electric motor in its place. When it comes to the motor you have two choices, you can use an AC or DC. Usually self converted cars have a DC controller and a DC motor.
DC (direct current) motors are simpler, cheaper, and more available.
Next you will have to install batteries that will supply the power; you can put these in your trunk. After this step you should attach the adapter plate.
Once you have done this you can use any outlet to plug in and recharge your auto, but you should install a Magna charging system instead. This charging station is more efficient and effective when it comes to recharging your car batteries.
If you convert your car now, you will enjoy the benefits of not having to pay for gas and driving an environmentally friendly vehicle.
